@LordLazy66 Iron levels (which are impacted to an extent by diet) do affect blood flow, but the duration of a period and severe cramps aren't really something you can exercise away ha. The problems this guy said his daughter was having are very common in women, and most who have uncomfortable periods take birth control to help with cramps, duration of the period, and the heaviness of flow.
And no need to apologize for commenting about this based on your gender! What's upsetting is the fact that this guy is spouting factually, biologically wrong statements, not that he's a guy ha.

Tbh, I think there is some truth to this. I'm not saying its unnatural to have menstrual cycle, Its very possible to reduce the pain and the time of a cycle with adequate exercise and good food. But I'm a guy so what do I know ahaha.
