A black man moving into his Upper West Side apartment this week prompted reports of a burglary and multiple visits from the cops investigating what he was doing.
Two Native American teens on a tour of Colorado State University made a white woman 'nervous' because they were 'too quiet' so she called the cops. They were removed from the tour for questioning by police.
These are prime examples of when NOT TO CALL THE POLICE. There need to be consequences for these people who call the police unnecessarily and endanger people's lives. Here's my letter to my fellow white brothers and sisters from a few weeks ago on when to call the cops for a reminder. Clearly the folks in New York and Colorado didn't get the memo.
