Alvaro Bedoya: Privacy and Civil Rights in the Age of Facebook, ICE, and the NSA

This lecture was given at the University of New Mexico School of Law in April 2019.
Professor Bedoya is an expert on government surveillance, commercial data collection, and their impact on immigrants and people of color. After the lecture, we speak with Professor Bedoya to discuss surveillance and ways that communities can protect ourselves, especially in this time of violence and oppression of immigrants and people of color.
