Being Human by Robert Sapolsky

What makes us human? What separates us from other beings in the nature world? Professor Sapolsky has some ideas

Robert Sapolsky is one of my favorite scientists/philosophers/overall-cool-guy. When I'm trying to take a break from work, I often turn to listening to his lectures or conversations about science, especially biology. It is humbling and grounding to remember that many of our problems are biological responses to different stimuli of which we have no control over. Next time you get frustrated or upset, take a second to reflect that it is necessary to experience these emotions and allow yourself to be human.
