Man Cycles ON Water to Clean Up Plastic

One man is making huge waves when it comes to fighting microplastic pollution.

Dhruv Boruah quit his day job to clean up London's rivers and canals. He uses a custom setup that attaches his handmade bamboo to two floats.

He collects as much as he can hold every time he sets out. Most of the trash he picks up is made of plastic.

His goal is to rais awareness of on the dangers of microplastics, and to show us just how much plastic has penetrated our society and culture. His bike leads to conversations about his cause with curious onlookers on a regular basis.

Dhruv shows us how one person's passion for a cleaner future can move an entire community towards making that change.
