Light From Ice?

This incredible ice lamp runs on natural energy.

This frost light runs on ice. Dutch architects designed the unique lamp. They wanted a light that ran on natural energy so they put a block of ice on a block of solid aluminum. The difference in temperature made the ice melt.

This chemical process generated enough electricity to power a led light on a metal plate for roughly three hours. The melting ice drips into a bucket below, storing water for a block of ice. This is a completely renewable lamp!
