On Monday, 16-year-old Carlos Gregorio Hernandez Vasquez died in detention on the U.S.-Mexico border after being diagnosed with a flu. Vasquez was the fifth child to die in Border Patrol custody since December. Fernando Garcia, founding director of the Border Network for Human Rights, says that Trump administration border policies are "not only violating human rights, but also the U.S. Constitution.
