Dr. Christine Blasey Ford "Justice"

Cheri Jacobus

  • 99% of sexual assault victims can identify and name their accusers.

  • Sen. Susan Collins, (R-ME) claims she believes Dr. Christine Blasey Ford was sexually assaulted, but that she was among the 1% of women who was unable to accurately name her attacker. Collins provides no reason for why she believes Ford is mistaken that Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in 1982.

  • Dr. Ford said she is 100% certain it was Brett Kavanaugh who sexually assaulted her with the help of his friend, Mark Judge.

  • Ford passed a lie detector test.

  • Ford encouraged a thorough FBI investigation and would testify under oath.

  • Kavanaugh did not take a lie detector test.

  • Kavanaugh did not want the FBI to investigate, even though he claimed to be innocent.

  • Trump and Don McGahn knew Kavanaugh would perjure himself to the FBI so they tied the FBI's hands and gagged the witnesses and corroborators as a way to protect Kavanaugh.

  • Kavanaugh lied when he claimed his yearbook entry referencing "Devil's Triangle" was about a drinking game. In fact, the term refers to two guys having sex with one girl, the same as Dr. Ford describes Kavanaugh and Mark Judge attempting to do with her against her will.

  • Mark Judge's former girlfriend is willing to testify under oath that he told her about a time when he was young that he and his friends got a girl drunk and each took turns having sex with her. The FBI did not interview her.

  • Mark Judge wrote in a book about his wild teen years about a "Bart O'Kavanaugh" and his wild drinking and antics.

  • Kavanaugh lied under oath to the Senate when he claimed his yearbook entry referencing "Renate Alumnus" was something other than what others corroborated and wrote, which was that he -- and others -- had had sex with her in high school. Kavanaugh claimed he was a virgin all through high school and into his college years.

  • The FBI was prohibited from investigating this.

  • The FBI was prohibited from speaking with Deborah Ramirez who claimed that while at Yale, Kavanaugh, in the presence of others, exposed his genitals to her and wave his penis in her face. She has corroborators whom the FBI was prohibited from speaking with (by the Trump White House).

  • Kavanaugh lied when he claimed he only heard of the Ramirez claims when they were reported in the press. In fact, he'd been contacting his former Yale classmates as far back as July to try to get them to remain silent, lie, or cover for him.

  • Kavanaugh lied under oath about receiving improperly obtained Democratic files under the Bush administration having to do with Bush's judicial nominees.

  • In 2006 the American Bar Association had severe problems with Kavanaugh leading up to his confirmation as a federal judge and downgraded his rating.

  • The American Bar Association issued a warning last week with their opposition to Kavanaugh's confirmation.

  • Retired Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, a lifetime Republican who was nominated by a Republican President, publicly opposed Kavanaugh's confirmation, saying he proved himself unfit.

  • Yale Law School. Kavanaugh's law school, publicly opposed Kavanaugh's confirmation.

  • 2400 law professors joined together and publicly opposed Kavanaugh's confirmation.

  • 100 Christian churches publicly opposed Kavanaugh's confirmation.
